- General Administration, Hospitality, Knowledge Applicability, Knowledge/experience in operations management, security management, facility management, Procurement processes, contract management, general administration Well versed with MS office applications and MIS, knowledge on fire prevention processes, fire fighting systems, knowledge on physical security and its integration with Information security. Should be a team player.
- Willing to work in night shifts
Good to have skills:
- Vendor Management, Transport operations management. basic knowledge on power distribution systems, Building Management and automation System.
Key responsibilities:
- Cafeteria Management, Vendor Management, Hospitality, Ensure conduct of preventive maintenance schedules as given in Maintenance Contracts, Financial aspects to include Budget Management and Procurement processes, SEZ and STPI Process, Dealing with Statutory bodies, Transport operations, Safety and security of work place.
