Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for sales, follow-ups, or promotions
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain products/services clearly and professionally
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
Maintain and update customer databases/CRM records
Follow up on pending leads and customer requests
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Good listening and persuasion abilities
Customer service orientation
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Ability to handle rejection and pressure
Strong time management skills
Positive and energetic attitude
Qualifications
10+2 / Any Graduate
Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Knowledge of local languages is an advantage
