About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services
2. Work on making strategic business decisions
3. Focus on three growth strategies - market penetration, market development, and product development
4. Work on preparing loan applications, evaluating clients' financial information, and calculating risk ratios
5. Analyze risks and approve or reject the loan requests
6. Calculate financial ratios (credit scores and interest rates)
7. Set up payment plans
8. Maintain updated records of loan applications
9. Follow up with clients about loan renewals
10. Monitor progress of existing loans
