General Manager (Corporate Finance) recruitment in The Fertilisers And Chemicals Travancore Ltd.
Pass in final examination of : (i) Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or
(ii) Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)/ (ICWAI) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India or
(iii) 2 year full time MBA(Finance)/ PGDM(Finance) from a recognized University/ Institute. MBA specialization should be clearly indicated either on the mark sheet or certificate.
Post-qualification experience as on 1.01.2019: Minimum 15 years of which 7 years should be in a manufacturing Organization having a turnover of more than Rs.750 crores at least in one financial year when he was employed there. Candidate should be presently employed on a regular basis in any Government/ Public Sector/Autonomous Body/MNC/Private Organization, out of which 2 years shall be in the pay scale of Rs. 36000- 62000 (IDA-E6) or Rs. 37400-67000 with grade pay Rs. 8700(CDA).
Candidates currently working in MNC/Private Organizations should be drawing a minimum annual CTC of Rs. 14,00,000/- for the last two years.
Experience should be in Corporate Financial Management and Accounts including Cost and Budgetary .Control, Institutional Finance and Working Capital Management. Work experience in a Fertiliser/ Chemical/ Petrochemical Plant/Company will be an added advantage.
Pay Scale: Rs. 43,200- 66,000 (E7)
