Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject,
MBA/CFA/ICWA/CX/CS,. Any additional qualification acquired like CAIIB for
Banking Personnel etc. will be given weightage.
Experience : Candidates presently working in Banking Sector
should be in the cadre Of Scale VI/V in Public Sector Banks or in corresponding
grades in other Banks, with excellent Managerial/ Administrative/ Professional
Skills, with minimum 3 years experience in the Grade.
Age Limit : Below 55
years
Deputy General
Manager/ Assistant General Manager
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject,
MBA/CFA/ICWA/CA/CS,. Any additional qualification acquired like CAIIB for
Banking Personnel etc. will be given weightage.
Experience: Candidates presently working in Banking
Sector should be in the cadre of Scale IV/V in Public Sector Banks or in
corresponding grades in other Banks. They should have proven track record, with
excellent Managerial/ Administrative/Professional Skills, With minimum 3 years
experience in the Grade, and should have been recognized as HIGH FLIER in
reaching targets/deadlines/goals set by the Management.
Age Limit : Below 55
years - Preferably below 50 years.
Chartered Accountant

Qualification : The Candidate should be a Qualified
Chartered Accountant and any additional qualifications will be an added
advantage.
Experience: The Candidate should have minimum 3 years
experience, preferably in Banking( Financial Sector With relevant exposure in
Taxation, Finalization of Accounts, Investments/Treasury. Appraisal of various
types of Credit proposals. Conducting/Supervising of Regular Audit/EDP
Audit/lnternal Control/Risk Mitigation measures. He/She should be familiar with
all guidelines of various Regulatory Authorities/Central & State Acts.
Candidate must have good track record, with leadership abilities, and expertise
in the relevant field.
Age Limit : Below 45
years
Senior Manager

Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject, MBA/CFA/ICWA/CA/CS.
Any additional qualification acquired like CAIIB for Banking Personnel etc.
will be an added weightage.
Experience : candidates presently working in Banking Sector
should be in the cadre of Scale III/II with at least 3 years at Branch
level/Regional level / Zonal level and Corporate Office level in Public Sector
Banks or in corresponding grades in other Banks. They should have good
knowledge of banking operations and should acquainted with latest trends in
banking and should be aware of complying with the statutory and other
regulatory requirements. Should have achieved assigned targets from time to
time by the Management and should have met the deadlines in completing the
various tasks.
Age Limit : Below 50
years
Branch Manager (Operations/Sales)

Qualification :
Operations : Graduate
in any subject. Any additional qualification acquired like CAIIB for Banking
Personnel etc. will be an added advantage.
Experience: Candidates presently working in Banking Sector
with excellent hack record internal management of the Branch successfully i.e.,
entire operations of the branch on his own. He should be well versed with the
latest trends/technology in banking, qualities of business development
rendering excellent customer service and should have worked as Manager (Scale
II) for at least 3 years at Branch level/regional level/Zonal level in Public
Sector Bank or in corresponding grades in other Banks.
Sales : Graduate
in any subject. Any additional qualification in Sales/ Marketing will be an
added advantage.
Experience: candidate presently working in Banking/Financial
sector with excellent track record in the sales/ Marketing field. The candidate
should have appetite for achieving the Business Targets. He should possess the
skills of Developing the Business, Marketing various products of the Bank and
rendering excellent customer service with innovative ideas and should have
worked in the relevant field i.e., as Sales Manager for a minimum period of 3
years.
