Job Description
Essential Qualification : Regular MBA (HR) with Minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute.
Experience : For Candidates working in Govt./PSUs : The candidate should have minimum 15 years post qualification experience in the areas of Establishment and Personnel Management including formulation/implementation of personnel policies and rules; Recruitment Outsourcing and allied activities; Planning and implementation of systems and procedures, including IT exposure for smooth functioning of HR activities. Out of the total experience, minimum last two years working experience should be in the Pay Scale of IDA Rs. 90000- 240000/- or its equivalent to CDA. Or
For Candidates working in Private Sectior : The candidate should have minimum 15 years post qualification experience in the areas of Establishment and Personnel Management including formulation/ implementation of personnel policies and rules; Recruitment Outsourcing and allied activities; Planning and implementation of systems and procedures, including IT exposure for smooth functioning of HR Activities. Out of the total experience, minimum last two years working experience should be in the CTC of Rs. 20 Lakhs per annum in a good private Company.
