Job Description
Lead the HR department and manage all core HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and policy development.
Design and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the hospital’s mission, values, and goals.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure optimal staffing, workforce planning, and succession management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, accreditation standards, and healthcare HR best practices.
Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and maintain a fair and inclusive work environment.
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, HR information systems (HRIS), and personnel records.
Drive leadership development, training programs, and continuous learning culture across all levels.
Monitor key HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to executive leadership.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring and workplace practices
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital's goals, mission, and patient care standards.
Oversee HR operations, including payroll, attendance, leave, medical insurance, ESI, PF, and statutory compliance.
