Required General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of the Plant having experience in the following areas:

Raigarh, Chhattisgarh (Travelling required)

Job Summary
Responsibilities and Duties

· Will be required to run the day to day operations of the unit

· Will be required to Liason with government officers, public servants, traders, businessmen, plant staff etc.

· Will have to maintain the discipline of the organisation and will have to streamline operations.

· Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

· Prepare regular reports for upper management

Qualifications and Skills

· Should have at-least 5 years experience to run an industrial unit

· Should be above 40 years old

· Should have an undergraduate degree

· Good communicator and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)

· Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

· Problem-solving aptitude
