To act in a Top Managerial Role for the company's Real Estate Marketing and Sales department. To develop, execute, monitor, supervise and improvise the company's real estate marketing and sales activities in line with the market and customer requirements. To hire, manage and develop a professional marketing and sales team under him/her.
Required Work Experience:
6 to 12 years of full-time marketing and sales experience in a prominent real estate company. Having rich experience in sales and marketing of affordable and budget residential plots/properties (end-to-end) will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities And Duties:
1. Develop marketing and sales strategies for the company's real estate projects
2. To develop, motivate and direct proper marketing channels and means for the marketing team
3. To hire, manage and develop a professional sales and marketing team across Chhattisgarh, along with coordinating and taking daily update's with the sales and marketing team
4. Undertake market research of the real estate industry, competitors and its trends in the market
5. Gather prospective customer data (online/offline) and generate customer leads
6. Design & develop marketing materials; including but not limited to flyers, brochures, etc.
7. Supervise and also undertake Social Media Marketing and e-commerce marketing of the company's project and real estate products
8. Supervise and undertake SEO of the company's website
9. Undertake site visits with prospective customers to show them the real estate projects
10. Undertake field marketing with sales staff for generating new customer leads
11. Talk and interact with customers, resolve queries, close deals and generate sales
12. Undertake competitor analysis for the company
13. Properly document all the day's marketing and sales work from different channels, marketing and sales team and present daily reports to the top management
14. Undertake post-sales customer feedback and resolve any future customer queries and problems
15. To work under the code and policies of the company and as per the top management direction
16. To motivate, develop and help in the career growth of every team member at work as per the top management direction

Education Level Requirement:
1. Min. Full-Time Post-Graduation (in commerce/ marketing) with at least 75% marks
2. Candidates with MBA in Marketing will be preferred
3. Knowledge of SEO, SMM & Digital Marketing required
4. The medium of education must be English
5. Knowledge of RERA and Tncp laws
