Global Category Manager- Aluminum Castings -Vadodara, Gujarat, India
Your background :
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Administration.
- Minimum experience of 5 years managing remote and cross-cultural teams.
- Knowledge of Castings manufacturing processes: Sand Casting, Gravity Die Casting, High Pressure Die Casting.
- Strong understanding of global Aluminum market with special emphasis on China and India.
- Good understanding of Power Grids markets and business.
- Experience in leading technical negotiations (i.e. Should Costing) is a plus.
- Superior industry relationships developed for acquiring market intelligence and benchmarking.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the capability to transform data into short and long-term action plans.
- Strong team building and coaching skills.
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to travel min 25%.
