Ascendus AI is hiring a driven, disciplined Community Manager to grow the global community for Precogly - our open-source threat modeling platform with support for agentic AI workflows. This role blends developer relations, AppSec engagement, and outreach to DORA/CRA stakeholders. You’ll also run outbound email + LinkedIn outreach and must be comfortable with rejection and high-output work. This job is based out of our Bangalore office in Indiranagar.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage communities on Discord, GitHub, X, LinkedIn
Run AMAs, webinars, demos, content drops
Outbound outreach to developers, AppSec leads, EU banking and CRA stakeholders
Gather user feedback and support product direction
Get hands-on exposure to AI in security and agentic workflows
What We Expect
MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institution
Based out of Bangalore and preferably close (within 30 minutes commute) to Indiranagar area
