Source and vet qualified nursing candidates across India to meet strict monthly deployment targets

Lead the full mobilization cycle – from outreach to enrollment in Japanese language training

Motivate candidates with compelling narratives about life and work in Japan

Own pipeline metrics, ensure 100% seat occupancy, and drive team performance

3+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, mobilization, or sales-oriented roles

Proven track record of achieving monthly hiring or placement targets

Strong CRM usage and funnel management skills
