GNM nurse (WBNC certified)
Number of posts: 8 persons.
Salary: 8k to 10k ((as per interview)
Duty hours: shift wise (morning ,evening ,night)
Morning: 8 AM to 2 PM (6 hours)
Evening: 2 PM. to 8 PM. (6 hours)
Night: 8 PM. to 8 AM (12 hrs)

Workplace: Super Speciality Hospital (ICU, OT, Wards, OPD, etc.)
-Key Responsibilities.
Patient Care & Monitoring
* Provide direct patient care such as bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
* Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration) regularly.
* Report any changes in the patient’s condition to doctors promptly.
Medication Administration
* Administer oral, IV, and IM medications as per doctor’s orders.
* Maintain accurate records of medication times and dosages.
* Watch for side effects or allergic reactions and respond accordingly.
Assisting Doctors & Medical Procedures
* Prepare patients for medical procedures and assist during examinations.
* Support doctors during rounds, surgeries, and diagnostic tests.
* Carry out dressings, catheterization, nebulization, and suctioning.
Pre & Post-operative Care (if assigned to OT/ICU)
* Prepare operation theatres and maintain sterility.
* Monitor patients pre and post-surgery (especially in ICU or recovery room).
* Assist in anesthesia preparation and instrument sterilization.
Documentation & Reporting
* Maintain daily nursing notes, progress charts, and handover reports.
* Accurately update patient case sheets and nursing records.
* Report incidents, falls, or changes in condition to the nursing in-charge.
Infection Control & Hygiene
* Follow hand hygiene and infection control protocols strictly.
* Ensure patient and ward cleanliness is maintained at all times.
* Use PPEs and sterilization procedures as per hospital standards.
Emergency Response
* Respond quickly to patient calls and emergency situations (Code Blue, etc.).
* Perform CPR and other life-saving measures when necessary.
* Assist in shifting patients for diagnostic tests, surgery, or ICU care.
Communication & Counseling
* Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
* Provide emotional support and health education when required.
* Coordinate with doctors, lab, pharmacy, and other departments.
