Pay Matrix: Level-14
Essential:
(a) A Master degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC seven-point scale.
(b) At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 7000 and above or with 8 years of service in the AGP of Rs. 8000 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration, OR Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education.
Officers from the Finance and Accounts Department/Services of Central/State Government as follows:
(a) Officers drawing grade pay of Rs. 8700/- with three years of experience; OR
(b) Officers drawing the grade pay of Rs. 7600/- with eight years of experience.
(a) Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India OR
(b) Fellow of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. The eligibility of the candidates will be subject to fulfilling any one of the clauses i.e., (1) or (2) or (3) above.
Minimum of 15 years of residence in Goa.
Knowledge of Konkani.
Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi. The Finance Officer shall be appointed on the basis of deputation/direct recruitment for a tenure of two years in the first instance extendable to five years or till the age of superannuation, whichever is earlier.
Application Fees: 1000/-, 7000/- for candidates from abroad SC/ST category candidates have to pay only 50% (fifty percent) of the application fees. Physically Disabled candidates are exempted from the payment of application fees
