Job Description

Job Duties

Packing of products
Managing the racks of the godown
Receiving the incoming products
Handing over the packed products to the pickup agent

Job Requirements

Should be Sincere towards his /her work.
Should be resident of Shahdara or nearby.
Should be punctual towards his /her work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations Management:

Supervise daily godown activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Ensure smooth and organized loading and unloading of materials.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient storage environment.

2. Inventory Control & Stock Management:

Keep accurate records of stock levels, incoming and outgoing goods.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.
Coordinate with the purchase and sales team for stock planning.

3. Team Supervision & Labor Management:

Supervise and guide warehouse staff and laborers.
Assign tasks to loading/unloading teams and ensure productivity.
Train workers on safety protocols and proper material handling.

4. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination:

Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods as per order schedules.
Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and customers for smooth shipments.
Optimize loading processes to reduce delays and damages.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain goods receipt notes, stock registers, and dispatch records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock movement.
Report damaged, missing, or expired stock to management.

6. Safety & Compliance:

Ensure proper storage and handling of materials as per guidelines.
Enforce safety regulations to prevent accidents and losses.
Implement fire safety and emergency procedures.
