Job Description

We are searching for an experienced and detail-oriented loan officer to join our growing institution. In this position, you will act as a liaison between applicants and our financial institution, helping qualified applicants obtain loans and set up payment plans. Your duties will include meeting with applicants, preparing loan proposals, and examining active loans.

Requirements:
Age: Below 28
Qualification : Any Degree
Salary: 12k to 25k
Location: Coimbatore, Tirupur, Madurai, Trichy, Chennai, Salem, Erode.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing different types of loans including home loans, business loans, and individual loans. To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in understanding gold loan products, terms, and conditions.
Evaluate and appraise the purity and weight of gold jewelry to determine loan eligibility.
Process loan applications, verify KYC documents, and ensure timely disbursal.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive business growth.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and financial regulations.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch profitability.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to loan processing and repayment.
Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely recovery.
Stay updated on market trends, gold prices, and competitor offerings.
