Job Description
Job Title: Governance Risk & Compliance interns
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assist risk manager in performing risk assessment and preparing risk and compliance tracker
- Participate in ad-hoc risk reviews in organisation and at site level as per management direction
- Work with the legal and business teams in executing and managing high volumes and value of contracts
- Draft and review contracts
- Handle various legal issues which arise from time to time
- Follow up for agreements and other documentation from risk perspective
- Follow up for recovery of pending insurance claims
- Follow up for compiling data for purchase and renewal of various insurances of the company
- Co-ordinate for purchase and renewal of insurance policies and filing of claims
- Co-ordinate for preparing incident report and filing claim to insurance company in case of a loss event
- Maintaining and updating tracker of insurance policies
- Respond appropriately to routine insurance and indemnity related requests from business
- Gather basic details for new insurance request from business/operations team in a standard format
- Actively participate and share knowledge in internal team trainings
- Proper filing and safekeeping of documents: Insurance policies, internal policies, risk assessment documentation etc.
Profile Description:

- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- are preferably available for duration of 6 months
- are from Mumbai and neighboring cities
- Candidates who are pursuing CA/ CS/LLB can only apply
- have year of UG/PG degree completion as 2018
Other requirements:
- Prior risk management/internal audit/legal experience in is a definite advantage
Skill(s) required: MS-Office
Perks: Flexible work hours, 5 days a week.
Stipend: Rs 5000-10000 /Month
