2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

3. System Integration & Testing:
- Integrate GPS systems with fleet management or security software.
- Conduct tests to verify accuracy and proper functioning of installed devices.
- Collaborate with IT teams for software troubleshooting.
4. Customer Support & Training:
- Provide technical support to customers or fleet managers.
- Educate users on how to operate GPS tracking systems.
- Respond to client queries and resolve technical issues efficiently.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain records of installations, repairs, and service requests.
- Prepare reports on system performance and recommend improvements.
