Job Description
We are looking for a GR and Project Developer who can take charge of project execution, team coordination, and HR-related responsibilities. This role involves managing project strategies provided by the company, leading the team, tracking progress, and handling day-to-day team operations including HR functions such as employee leave and daily timing management.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute and manage project ideas and strategies given by the company

Lead and coordinate team tasks and performance
-
Track daily work progress and submit reports
-
Handle employee leave records and approvals
-
Monitor and manage daily attendance and work timing of staff
-
Ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
-
Collaborate across teams to meet project goals
-
Support GR (Government Relations) responsibilities when needed
Requirements:

Proven experience in project development and team management
-
Strong leadership and organizational skills
-
Familiarity with HR tasks such as leave and attendance tracking
-
Excellent communication and reporting skills
-
Multitasking and time management abilities
-
GR experience is an added advantage
