Department: Electrical Engineering / Projects
Location: [Project Sites / Corporate Office (PUNE ) / Multiple
Locations]
Reports To: Project Manager / Lead Engineer
To support engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities of electrical systems in EPC projects while undergoing structured training to develop technical and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities· Assist in preparation and review of electrical drawings, SLDs, cable schedules, and BOQs.
· Support procurement activities, vendor coordination, and technical evaluations.
· Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment at project sites.
· Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
· Prepare reports, documentation, and support senior engineers in resolving site issues.
· Participate in structured learning and on-the-job training across EPC project phases.
Skills & Competencies· Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering fundamentals (Power Systems, HV/LV, Protection).
· Familiarity with AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar design tools (preferred).
· Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
· Problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability in site/project environments.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications· B.E. / B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Fresh Graduate / up to 1 year experience).
· Willingness to work at H.O & project sites.
Career PathOn successful completion of training, GETs will be absorbed as Engineer – Electrical and entrusted with independent project responsibilities.
