Job Description
1. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
2. Interact regularly with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements.
3. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and performance) and report regularly on project status.
4. Carry on the responsibilities assigned by the project engineer and mentor project team from task to task.
5. Communicate effectively with project Engineer/Manager and other stakeholders at the site to provide assistance, technical support and timely project completion.
6. Coordination with Purchase department for timely ordering & receipt of materials at the site.
7. Coordination with HR for necessary documentation w.r.t Statutory Compliances (LL/WC/PF/ESIC) & implementation of HR Policies of the organization.
8. Coordination with accounts department for generating invoices, e-way bills.
9. Coordinating with the design department for developments of drawings, P & ID, layouts.
10. Coordination with stores/other sites for getting tools & machines.
11. Responsible for review & approval of site expenses as per the budget.
12. Review day to day tasks and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
13. Handling all documentation related to the Project Invoicing, Progress report, Material receipt documents and other documentation.
14. Involve in planning & controlling manpower and material for project execution.
15. Sharing MIS to PE/PM (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
16. Follow up with customer for payments.
17. Preparing & sending all documents required for vendor payment within one week of receipt of material on site.
18. Preparation of handover report in a standard format (Internal/ Customer)
19. Getting a project completion certificate from the customer.
20. Preparing specifications for local purchase material.
21. Enhancing skills & knowledge of the team.
22. Effective utilization of resources (Manpower/Tools/Machines).
23. Managing the site store.
24. Manging stay/travel of site employees.
