1. Training and Learning

2. Project Support and Execution

Assist senior engineers in the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering projects.

Support preparation of technical documents, drawings, and reports.

Conduct basic research and testing activities to contribute to project deliverables.
3. Process Monitoring and Improvement
-
Observe operational workflows and production processes in plant or field environments.

Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements under guidance.

Support quality assurance processes to maintain product standards.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with departments such as production, quality control, maintenance, procurement, and safety.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

Develop communication and teamwork skills vital for engineering roles.
5. Compliance and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of training progress, project activities, and observations.

Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
