Job Description
Graduate Trainee – MEP Building Modeling (Construction Industry)

Work under the supervision of the Project Manager and assigned mentor to support project delivery.

Assist in developing and updating building models for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.

Perform daily modeling tasks using industry-standard BIM and design software.

Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural disciplines to ensure design accuracy.

Support clash detection and model reviews to identify and resolve design conflicts.

Maintain model documentation and ensure compliance with project standards and guidelines.

Assist in preparing drawings, schedules, and reports for project submissions.

Learn and follow construction industry best practices, safety standards, and quality procedures.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to project coordination activities.
