Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineer Fresher to join our team as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET). The candidate will assist in design projects, prepare technical reports, and support senior engineers in various mechanical engineering tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing mechanical designs and CAD drawings using software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

Support senior engineers in design projects, prototypes, and project documentation.

Prepare technical reports, project calculations, and specifications.

Participate in team discussions and design reviews.

Collaborate with production or project teams for implementation and testing.

Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for all assigned tasks.

Learn and adapt to industry standards, processes, and engineering tools.
Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills: Knowledge of CAD software, mechanical design principles, and material science.

Analytical Skills: Ability to perform calculations, analyze data, and support problem-solving.

Communication: Good verbal and written communication for reporting and coordination.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and project teams.

Learning Attitude: Eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, and engineering practices.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: Fresher or 0–1 year internship/project experience.

Other Requirements: Knowledge of MS Office, willingness to learn, and professional attitude.
