Designation - Graduate Engineer Trainee

Role and Responsibilities: As a Graduate Engineer Trainee you will embark on a comprehensive training program that encompasses technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and professional growth. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their careers and contribute to meaningful projects within our organization.- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Graduated between 2022 and 2023.
- Minimum of 60% marks in the highest qualification.
- No current backlogs at the time of application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking notes and sharing your findings with your Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.
- Establishing professional relationships with staff.
- Participate in an intensive training program to gain an in-depth understanding of our industry, processes, and products.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.
- Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Supervisor.
- Shadowing senior staff members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible.
- Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate.
- Conducting research and traveling to sites.
- Observing health and safety regulations at all times.
- Participating in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives.
- Analyzing data and writing reports according to specifications.
- Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence.
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of [industry-specific] solutions.
- Learn to analyze technical problems, propose solutions, and implement effective strategies.
- Gain hands-on experience in utilizing engineering tools and software relevant to your field.
- Contribute to documentation and reports related to projects and research.
Evaluates Electrical systems and their applicability to the machines and equipments.
Preventive maintenance of manufacturing machines and power utilities.
Analyse the gap analysis in case power consumption is at higher/lower side.
Ensure all machine interlocks and safety sensors are always in working condition.
Support the team in troubleshooting the faults related to PLC Sensors and HMIs drives etc.
Preparing the power consumption reports section wise.
Assures product quality testing equipments are running within the desired limits.
Bond and Compensation Upon Completion:
- Candidates selected for this role will be required to sign a bond for 3 years.
- Upon successful completion of the bond, a compensation of 2 Lakhs will be provided.
