Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training & Development

Attend structured training programs, workshops, and mentorship sessions as assigned by the organization.

Learn about company operations, project workflows, quality standards, and compliance processes.

Gain exposure to practical engineering problems and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
2. Project Assistance

Assist project teams in the design, analysis, implementation, and testing of engineering projects.

Work under the supervision of senior engineers or managers to execute project deliverables.

Participate in design reviews, site visits (if applicable), and documentation processes.
3. Technical Documentation

Prepare and maintain engineering reports, technical data, checklists, test reports, or installation manuals.

Create or update standard operating procedures (SOPs), drawings (CAD knowledge preferred), and part specifications.
4. Cross-Functional Exposure

Collaborate with departments like R&D, production, QA/QC, logistics, or software teams.

Support process optimization, cost-saving initiatives, and quality improvements.

Participate in internal meetings, brainstorming sessions, and innovation drives.
5. Compliance & Safety

Follow all safety protocols, quality guidelines, and company policies during the training period.

Ensure adherence to industry and environmental standards applicable to the assigned work area.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Basic knowledge of core engineering concepts (based on discipline)

Familiarity with tools/software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, PLC, Java, Python, or ERP systems

Good verbal and written communication skills
