Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning and Development:

Undergo structured training programs to develop technical skills, engineering knowledge, and industry-specific expertise.

Actively participate in hands-on projects and assignments to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings.

Work closely with senior engineers to understand design, planning, and implementation of engineering solutions.
2. Supporting Engineering Projects:
-
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects, including research, calculations, technical specifications, and project documentation.

Support the engineering team in performing tasks such as site surveys, drafting technical drawings, and analysis of project requirements.

Contribute to the troubleshooting and resolution of engineering issues on projects.
3. Technical Documentation:

Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, including reports, drawings, specifications, and other technical paperwork.

Document any changes in design, processes, or construction during project execution and update relevant teams accordingly.
4. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Collaborate with various departments, such as project management, operations, and procurement, to support project execution.

Attend regular meetings to understand project progress, challenges, and timelines.

Work with multidisciplinary teams to help implement engineering solutions effectively.
5. Site Visits and Inspections:

Assist in conducting site inspections and surveys to gather data for project planning and execution.

Participate in monitoring and evaluating the progress of ongoing construction, engineering, or technical projects.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with engineering best practices during site visits.
6. Research and Analysis:

Conduct research on new technologies, engineering methods, and best practices to improve project outcomes.

Assist in analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing recommendations for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering processes.
7. Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution:

Identify problems and challenges during project execution and provide suggestions or solutions in collaboration with senior engineers.

Help in the identification and rectification of engineering problems on-site or during project implementation.
8. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide technical support to engineering teams and assist with the resolution of technical issues during project work.

Learn and assist with troubleshooting engineering issues, both in the office and on-site.
