• An online portfolio demonstrating solid web design and front end development skills
• Ability to design web pages/Mobile App Layout in Adobe Photoshop CS6.
• Visual design skills are a must.

• Ability to quickly familiarize with brand goals and integrate brand experience into designs

Responsibilities:

• Design website structures and graphical assets that convey unique brand experiences in a way that meets business objectives.
• Ensures all work incorporates defined requirements and employs best practices in creative execution and user experience design
• Present creative concepts internally to the creative director and other key stakeholders, as well as externally to clients (mostly via phone and email)
• Collaborate with development team to ensure creative alignment and a smooth transfer of work between teams
• Adhere to defined creative workflow and contribute to the evolution of our overall creative process
• Keeps up to date on design and technology trends to ensure work remains fresh and relevant
• Ability to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to generate, articulate and present creative ideas and strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, promote enthusiasm, and motivate strategic thinking

Responsibilities on the role Include:

• Should own the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. 
• Manage multiple fast-paced projects with short turnarounds, by organizing and prioritizing tasks for you and/or a team.
• Actively working directly with clients to manage expectations and communicate project status through required reports and status calls.
• Foresee the cost estimations and project budgets and should be manageable to communicate the risk and liability factors associated with a project.
• Collaborating and managing all the project requirements and ensuring the product deliverables are done as per the timelines.
• Ability to manage teams and handle conflicts

• Have designed and delivered projects using technologies with ASP.NET 3.5/4.0/4.5 with C#
• Have extensive working knowledge with technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, WCF, Web APIs, LINQ, Mvc5.0 and Restful services.
• Have extensive experience handling Projects using any popular Project Management tool. Should be able to allocate work, schedule and budget it. 
• Demonstrate sound Architectural thinking and thought leadership. 
• Expertise in architecting solution for Non-Functional Requirements like security, performance, availability and scalability
• Shall be familiar with any documentation tool like Confluence or any other platform. 
• Have proven experience working with Interactive applications which are life and helped the customers in giving output what they expected.
• Should possess the proven ability to run a project through the entire SDLC, and are well educated in its intricacies and should be professional enough to communicate well to internal and external stakeholders.
• Be well versed in the current methods and best practices of modern front end web development and interaction design.
• Good Communication and writing skills are mandatory.
