Job Description
- Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and layouts for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Edit raw video footage into compelling short-form and long-form video content.
- Create reels, YouTube videos, ads, and product videos aligned with brand tone and style.
- Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and creative leads to deliver high-quality visuals.
- Ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms and campaigns.
- Stay updated with design and video trends, tools, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design Support:
-
Assist in designing digital and print visuals such as social media posts, banners, flyers, posters, email templates, infographics, and presentations.

Work on image editing, retouching, resizing, and formatting using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Help maintain brand consistency by following brand guidelines in all designs.

Create simple animations or GIFs when required.
2. Video Editing Assistance:
-
Support the video team by editing raw footage into engaging short videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.

Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and background music to videos.
-
Assist in preparing video assets for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Learn and implement video editing best practices to ensure quality and consistency.
3. Content Collaboration:

Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to understand project requirements and deadlines.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for creative projects.

Assist in managing project files, organizing digital assets, and archiving completed work.
4. Learning and Development:

Attend training sessions, workshops, and reviews to improve design and editing skills.

Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and software updates.

Take feedback positively and implement suggestions to improve the quality of work.
