Position Summary:
The Graphic and Video Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging designs and multimedia content for various platforms, including digital, social media, advertisements, websites, and corporate presentations. This role combines both graphic design and video production skills to produce high-quality visuals, animations, and video content that communicate brand messaging, enhance user experience, and drive engagement. The designer works closely with the marketing, communications, and creative teams to ensure that visual content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
The Graphic and Video Designer creates digital and print graphics, including logos, banners, brochures, advertisements, social media posts, infographics, and website visuals. They ensure that designs are visually appealing, align with brand identity, and effectively communicate messages to the target audience. -
Video Production:
The designer is responsible for creating and editing videos for various platforms. This includes promotional videos, tutorials, explainer videos, product demos, and social media content. The designer works on all stages of video production, including scripting, shooting (if applicable), editing, and post-production. -
Motion Graphics and Animation:
The designer develops animated elements and motion graphics for videos, website content, and social media posts. This includes creating animated logos, transitions, lower thirds, and other dynamic elements that enhance the visual appeal and messaging of video content. -
Content Conceptualization:
The Graphic and Video Designer works closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop concepts for graphic and video content. They help shape the creative direction of campaigns and ensure that the visual content aligns with the campaign goals, target audience, and brand voice. -
Storyboarding and Scripting:
For video projects, the designer helps in planning the structure of the video through storyboarding. This involves outlining key scenes, transitions, and visual elements. The designer may also assist in writing scripts or creating visual treatments that guide the production process. -
Video Editing:
The designer is responsible for editing raw video footage, incorporating graphics, audio, and special effects to produce the final product. They ensure that videos are polished, cohesive, and deliver the intended message with a clear narrative. This includes cutting, color correction, audio mixing, and adding transitions. -
Brand Consistency:
The designer ensures that all graphics, videos, and animations adhere to the company’s brand guidelines. This includes maintaining consistency in colors, fonts, logo usage, tone, and overall design aesthetics across all platforms and marketing materials. -
Social Media and Digital Content:

Collaboration with Other Teams:

Research and Trend Monitoring:

Client or Stakeholder Communication:
