Elaachi is a proprietary, cross-platform voice assistant designed to elevate the guest experience and streamline operations in luxury hotels.
We utilize the latest in voice assistant technology, workflow automation, and robust integration with our clients’ existing infrastructure. All for simplifying how guests place requests and the staff fulfills them.
By converting usage data into actionable analytics, we’re ushering in the revolution the hospitality industry has direly needed for years, today.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Well versed with Adobe Xd/Sketch/Figma/Invision, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Understanding Product User Experience, Design personas, Design flows, Storyboarding, and Information Architecture.
- Extensive knowledge of Graphic Design, Print Design/Layout, Web Design, and Development, with experience in design/development for both mobile and desktop applications.
- Work closely with product owners to define the branding for our family of products.
- Demonstrated strong visual design expertise with the ability to produce fresh, simple, elegant, and exceedingly usable layouts and interactions and iconography.
- In addition to project work, we need someone who is a great communicator, team player and a skilled design artist all rolled into one.
- Handle multiple projects at a time, and prioritize some, based on the ever-evolving business needs.
