Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join our team and contribute to a wide range of projects across the Marketing, Academic, and Student Affairs departments. As a Graphic Design Intern, you will assist in creating visually appealing content that effectively communicates our institutional message and brand across digital and print platforms.
This internship is ideal for a design student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support internal campaigns, external promotions, student-facing materials, and more.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Design for Marketing Campaigns

Design graphics for digital marketing efforts including social media posts, email banners, advertisements, and website visuals.

Create marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, flyers, newsletters, and presentations aligned with brand guidelines.

Assist in developing creative assets for events, webinars, promotional campaigns, and announcements.

Support the team in visual storytelling and layout design for long-form content like reports, whitepapers, and case studies.
2. Academic Support Design

Design academic visual content such as e-books, slides, diagrams, worksheets, and infographics to enhance learning materials.

Work with academic teams to improve the presentation of course documents, student handbooks, and training manuals.

Assist in formatting and designing academic publications or internal documentation to ensure visual consistency.
3. Student Affairs & Campus Engagement Support

Create engaging visuals for student-focused events, orientation programs, cultural activities, and campus updates.

Design digital signages, bulletin board posters, welcome kits, ID card templates, and event tickets.

Contribute to student communication efforts through engaging visuals for emails, portals, or student communities.

Design certificates, badges, and recognition materials for student achievements.
4. Brand Consistency and Visual Identity

Follow and help enforce brand guidelines across all departments and content types.

Maintain consistency in color schemes, fonts, visual styles, and layout standards.

Assist in refining templates for presentations, reports, and official documents.
5. Team Collaboration and Feedback Integration

Work closely with designers, marketing executives, academic staff, and student coordinators to understand project needs.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to upcoming campaigns or programs.

Revise designs based on internal feedback, adapting visuals to meet stakeholder requirements.
