Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation:

Assist in creating visual designs for marketing campaigns, social media posts, banners, brochures, posters, flyers, and presentations.

Support the team in designing digital ads, email templates, and promotional materials.

Develop mockups, thumbnails, and design variations based on project requirements.
2. Brand and Style Adherence:

Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Apply feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to improve design outputs.

Use appropriate fonts, colors, and visual styles in line with the organization’s voice and tone.
3. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design needs and campaign goals.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to design discussions.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines.
4. Research and Trend Monitoring:

Conduct research on design trends, industry competitors, and visual innovations.

Suggest new visual styles, themes, or techniques that could enhance project outcomes.

Stay updated on design best practices across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and websites.
5. File Management and Organization:

Maintain organized folders of design files, assets, and working documents.

Ensure design files are saved in correct formats and resolutions for print or digital publishing.

Assist in creating and updating the company’s asset library (icons, stock photos, templates).
