About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Stay up-to-date with new design techniques and software
2. Create new designs/templates as per the brief
3. Create a design that expresses an idea or concept
4. Format/layout text of the books as per the standard operating procedure of the company
5. Understand and follow the layout protocol without any errors
6. Perform under deadlines, and proactively improve the quality and efficiency of the work with new ideas

Other requirements

1. Minimum experience of 3-4 years in books typesetting in InDesign

2. Deep understanding of composition, typography, text formatting, and laying out capabilities in MathType, and table creation, charts in InDesign

3. Knowledge of international and national styles

4. Creative and imaginative with an eye for design, balance, and layout

5. Familiar with InDesign, Coral draw, PageMaker, Photoshop, and Illustrator software
