Qualifications:
1. Avid storyteller, Vivid imagination & a strong ideator
2. Highly empathetic for social causes especially for women and child safety
3. Strong design portfolio showcasing your creative skills and design projects
4. Recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
5. Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD & CorelDRAW
6. Proven ability to create highly engaging visual content - print & digital
7. AI Enthusiast - Ability to create intriguing content using AI tools
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create emotionally resonant and thought-provoking graphics that effectively communicate the complexities of issues related to women and child safety. Your designs will be instrumental in driving awareness and fostering action
2. Approach each design project with a deep sense of empathy and sensitivity, recognizing the sensitive nature of the subjects involved
3. Ensure that your designs reflect compassion, respect, and understanding
4. Work collaboratively with our team members, including content creators, copywriters, marketing professionals, and campaign managers, to understand the emotional nuances of each project and translate them into compelling visual designs
5. Utilize your design skills to visually narrate stories of empowerment, resilience, and change within the realm of women and child safety
6. Develop designs that are specifically tailored to be child-friendly and sensitive to the needs and perspectives of women and children
7. Ensure that your designs are age-appropriate, culturally sensitive, and inclusive
