Job Description

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, banners, brochures, and advertisements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
Develop and maintain the visual identity and branding standards across all platforms.
Use graphic design software and tools proficiently to produce high-quality designs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with overall project goals and objectives.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Provide constructive feedback and contribute to brainstorming sessions within the creative team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography.

Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and creativity.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
