Graphic Designer and Video Editor
Job Description
We’re looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about storytelling through visuals and love crafting eye-catching content, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design
-
Design digital and print assets including social media creatives, posters, banners, flyers, infographics, brochures, presentations, packaging, and brand collateral.

Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all media channels.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics for email campaigns, website landing pages, digital ads, and promotional materials.

Create illustrations, icons, and layouts that communicate the intended message effectively and aesthetically.

Adapt designs to different formats and dimensions as required for web, print, and mobile platforms.
2. Video Editing

Edit raw video footage into polished and engaging final content for use on social media, YouTube, websites, events, and internal communication.

Work with storyboards, scripts, and audio to assemble visual sequences that match narrative flow and brand tone.

Add motion graphics, text animations, visual effects, transitions, and sound design to enhance viewer engagement.

Edit a variety of video formats including promotional videos, tutorials, testimonials, product demos, reels, and behind-the-scenes footage.

Ensure consistency in style, format, and branding across all video projects.
3. Creative Conceptualization

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.

Translate marketing messages and content ideas into visual designs and video concepts.

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative approaches to content creation.
4. Asset and File Management

Organize and manage design files, video footage, and final outputs using a structured naming and storage system.

Maintain a design library of brand elements (logos, fonts, templates, etc.).

Optimize files for web performance without compromising visual quality.
5. Collaboration and Feedback
-
Work closely with marketing, content writers, social media managers, and product teams to understand project goals.

Take feedback constructively and revise designs and edits as needed to meet brand standards and project expectations.

Deliver all projects on time and ensure the highest quality of design and video output.
