Job Description: 

• We're looking for super creative people who can understand a script/brief and translate it into amazing Graphics. 
  
• You need to be a rockstar at graphics Design in 2d. 
  
• You should be fully conversant in Adobe suite like After Effects, Photoshop Illustrator. Experience is not an issue for the right person - we're looking for someone passionate and committed. 
  
• The right attitude and ability to grow is what we want. Some relevant experience creating graphics  Design full time is all we need. 
  
• You should be a pro at masterfully bringing visual elements and stories to life.
  
• Share Links of online portfolios should be included on resumes submitted in order to be considered for this position.
  

• Past experience in Editing software- Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc. 
  
• Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project.
  
• Ability to work on a written script and produce graphic  based on it.
  
• Ability to create creative mailer and newsletters for different category.
  
• Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.
  
• Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
  
• Participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  
• Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques.
  
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards.
  

• Mandatory Skills - Adobe After Effect, Photoshop, Adobe illustrator.
  
• Sketch hand is a plus point for you.
  
• Where applicable, producing motion graphics from concept to delivery.
  
• Encoding, converting and editing videos and graphical sequence.
  
• Optimizing the workflow by tightening the production process with automated techniques.
