Roles &; Responsibilities:

To contribute to the creative team and the organization on the whole with excellent creative abilities
To take a thoughtful approach towards any given project brief
To take responsibility of executing design to its best ability in order to fulfill the criteria of the brief.
Understanding and Decoding the Brief correctly as per clients objective
Competitive Analysis & Referencing for the Brand / Project
Participating in Brainstorming and Conceptualizing for the given project brief
Ideating and communicating the ideas through strong sketches and logic
Taking feedback and develop the designs in a constructive manner to be able to deliver good design solutions
To demonstrate excellent design skills by contributing to the design concepts
Meeting deadline for the deliverables on a day-to- day basis even in absence of another team member.
Follow the POA in terms of timely reviews with the senior Creative and Marketing team.
Co- ordinate with external vendors like Illustrators, Photographers, and others
Required for the project execution for deliverables.
