Expected responsibilities:

Create digital assets for social media, websites and other promotional activities including graphics, templates, and visual designs for marketing activities across multiple channels. These include web, social media, events, email campaigns, and other activities.

Develop and strengthen brand assets including style and brand guidelines

Incorporate the design “brief” to deliver high-quality, on-brand graphics to support the superior customer experience.

Create, maintain and follow a set of design best practices and guidelines to reduce and minimize production efforts.

Present work to the team and key stakeholders for review, feedback, and approval.

Digital platform design understanding for cross platform design guidelines.

Skills:

Fluency in English

Knowledge in Graphic Design

Proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, and Flash)

Knowledge of Graphic Design, Print Design/Layout, and Development.

Video editing basics

Detail-oriented, proactive, creative, innovative, ethical.

Ability to work under pressure, handle last-minute requests when needed, and provide quick response creations without compromising quality.

Strong visual design expertise with the ability to produce fresh, simple, elegant visual designs.

Comfortable with an iterative, collaborative design process that includes accepting and managing feedback and constructive criticism.

Work Schedule: 5 Days a week.
