Job Description

Oxper Marketing Automation is currently hiring for a Digital Graphic Designer to join our growing/thriving marketing team.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience developing graphic designs for digital platforms. Primary Purpose:
This role will work collaboratively with a cross functional team to concept, design, and build/evolve websites, apps, emails, social media creative, and landing pages.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ongoing development/updates of the content and graphics for the Website
Create innovative designs for new promotions or specific creative cycles (executed consistently with the creative direction)
Design Graphics for any specialized landing pages in support of either SEO or SEM keyword/content initiatives
Design and build cohesive templates for emails, blogs, interactive pages, website home page, landing pages and banner creative as needed to support online and offline marketing campaigns.
Manage design project initiatives ensuring that deliverables are on time, creative management feedback is captured, and the highest of design standards are being met
Design video graphics packages for social media channel and others as needed.

Minimum Skills and Competencies:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Experience designing ads (social, display, other) and websites
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Acrobat), HTML, CSS, and Flash/HTML5
Understanding of different digital mediums and design best practices for each
Illustration skills (vectors, scripts, illustrations, infographics)
Ability to create animated HTML5 web display ads
Naturally inquisitive and self-motivated, goal-oriented, collaborative, a strong communicator and a team player
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines
Possess a solid portfolio of recent design work
Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
