Job Description: Graphic Designer

CTC: 7-10 Lac per annum

Job Responsibilities:

Print & Web Design development (Mobile and Desktop)
Create Brand Identity, App Icons, Typography, IllustrationsVideo Editing
Create creative assets including graphics, layouts, templates, and layouts and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels. These include web, social media, events, email campaigns, and other activations
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Present work to team and key stakeholders for review, feedback, and approval

Qualification:

Proven graphic designing experience of 2-3 years
Preferably worked with a brand or design/advertising agency
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite)
A keen eye for design aesthetics and details
Digital platform design experience and understanding for cross platform design guidelines
Ability to drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritizing tasks.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or Fine Arts

Key Skills Required:

Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop)
Adobe After Effects
