Job Description: Graphic Designer

CTC: 7-10 Lac per annum

 Job Responsibilities:

• Print & Web Design development (Mobile and Desktop)
• Create Brand Identity, App Icons, Typography, IllustrationsVideo Editing
• Create creative assets including graphics, layouts, templates, and layouts and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels. These include web, social media, events, email campaigns, and other activations
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Present work to team and key stakeholders for review, feedback, and approval

Qualification:

• Proven graphic designing experience of 2-3 years
• Preferably worked with a brand or design/advertising agency
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite)
• A keen eye for design aesthetics and details
• Digital platform design experience and understanding for cross platform design guidelines
• Ability to drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritizing tasks.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or Fine Arts

Key Skills Required:

• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop)
• Adobe After Effects
