Graphic Designer required for Social Media Marketing Firm based in Pitampura location. The designer needs to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs 
• Work with the team to produce final design
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop)
• High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree 
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• 2+ years’ Graphic Designing experience for an agency or corporation
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of team
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strict adherence to company policies and style
