• We are looking for talented Graphic Designer role for our Dimapur center.
  
• Position : Graphic Designer
  
• Location of posting : Dimapur, 
  
• Travel Required : Very Infrequent (to Kohima Centre)
  
• CTC : Best as per market standards and commensurating with experience level  + LIC and Family Mediclaim Policy (paid by Company) + Free Accommodation (in Company provided Faculty Guest House) +  To and Fro Office Pick and Drop.
  

• We are looking for a creative Graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our marketing and branding needs and to design solutions with high visual impact.
  
• The incumbent has to work on a variety of products, including but not limited to multimedia ads, books, magazines, product packaging, media for websites, exhibitions, corporate identity etc. and you will cooperate with our marketing and sales team. 
  
• Speed with uncompromising quality is the essence for this job profile. 
  
• The incumbent has to support the reporting heads in all BD and Digital marketing activities.
  

• Work on new creative ideas and products. 
  
• Take the design “brief” to record requirements for all branding and marketing campaigns
  
• Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints
  
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  
• Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
  
• Amend final designs as per comments proposed and gain full approval.
  
• Work as an integral part of a team with Marketers, designers, academics head etc.
  

• Proven graphic designing experience – emphasis should be on speed and quality
  
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality. A thorough understanding of branding and relevant standard basics and guidelines.
  
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
  
• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (Excellent proficiency and hands on experience in: Coral Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop CS6 and above, other graphic designing software
  
• Knowledge of Aftereffects, Flash, and any 3D modelling software will be an added advantage)
  
• Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of web designing and web designing elements
  
• Highly proficient in all design aspects
  
• Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
