Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who wants to become part of our innovative, team-oriented and rapidly growing company.

Candidate should have superior designing and visualizing expertise and to convert briefs into visually engaging layouts.

Job Summary:

Senior Graphic & Creative Designer will provide support for delivery of DRJ Records marketing design, art direction and print solutions with little supervision, for a range of internal clients, including operating groups, capability groups, Global Image and Local Image.
Expected to work competently with different geography and with close supervision.
Demonstrated proficiency in Conceptualization Art direction, and complete knowledge and understanding of the print medium
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign. Flash, and story boarding
Illustration Skills will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Design posts and graphics for social media platforms.
Working as part of the Print Team to help plan, design and develop print collateral's and campaigns.
Demonstrate out of the box thinking for design campaigns.
Resource should be able to understand the creative brief and provide solutions accordingly.
Should possess creative eye to create professional designs and should have a very good eye for detail.
Should provide working solutions which will be marketed to client.
Must be highly skilled in the Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc. MAC-Based.
Innovative and creative thinker, with excellent written and verbal communications.
Understand and design as per client's requirements.
Modern thinker with integrity and a genuine desire to be part of a successful growing group..
Giving ideas and suggestions for innovating products and processes.
Conduct research on new design, trends, design software and software plug-ins.
Adapting to latest software that can reduce time & efforts and give best results.Good verbal and written communication.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Animation will be an added advantage.
