Role and Responsibilities: -

• Responsible for the design of all digital communication including but not limited to, social media, infographics and motion graphics, GIFS.
• Understanding brief and cracking compelling design concepts
• Collaborate with marketing staff and key project personnel in the development of technical graphics and collateral pieces, ensuring that information is communicated clearly, accurately, in a visually appealing manner and in alignment with organization's overall brand and messaging guidelines.
• Design and Branding
• Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief.
• Creating layouts for FB Post Creatives, Social Media Banner Designs, Banner Design, Newsletters, Brochures.
• Developing design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify design issues.
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas.
• Can create eye catching animations for social media post.
• Experience of using easy video creation software's like iMovie, filmora, canva, crello etc.

• A design thinking process
• Work experience in Branding and Marketing Communication Design Projects.
• Exceptional digital graphic skills including knowledge and experience with typography, color, conceptual thinking, print layout, digital production, and post-production.
• Demonstrate ownership of all assignments, asking for clarification/direction as necessary.
• Ability to perform a range of project and marketing duties utilizing excellent graphic, written and verbal skills as necessary.
• Capable of adhering to deadlines while working on multiple, diverse projects.
• Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced and energizing environment while consistently producing collateral and support material of exceptional quality.
• A positive, can-do attitude is a must.
• Strong knowledge of the design process and project management
• Fine art, Applied art, design or relevant field Bachelor and Post Grad will be considered an asset
