Responsibilities:

• Manages high impact/critical graphic and visual design issues and to deliver graphic design support to development teams
• Uses professional concepts and UX policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways
• Works on problems of complex and diverse scope, researching and/or developing new solutions to graphics challenges
• Estimates time and work required for graphics deliverable. Should be able to communicate directly with product team on design matters
• Broad application of principles, theories, concepts, tools, and techniques in graphics and visual design for software products
• Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for generating design solutions
• Knows the tools and framework to provide interactive mockups and reference code for product teams
• Creates a variety of UI assets, art work, multimedia, web, icons, and other visual elements
• Able to work with minimal supervision, to develop excellent quality graphics and visual design solutions in collaboration with UIDesigners, Product Management, Development, Visual Design, User Research, and Info Dev

Desired Skills and Experience :

• A Passion for visual design and problem solving
• Graduation in visual design, graphics design from reputed institute
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in visual design
• Must have experience in Photoshop, CorelDraw & Macromedia etc.
• Knowledge of UNITY will be an added advantage.
• Thorough understanding of user centered design process
• Proficiency working with industry-standard prototyping/visualization tools
• Experience of leading design language strategy for complex projects and working with cross functional/regional teams
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a flexible environment with changing priorities and assignments
