Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Creative Development:

Create high-quality designs for both digital and print media including but not limited to:

Social media posts and ads
-
Website banners, sliders, and icons
-
Posters, flyers, brochures, and catalogs
-
Email templates and newsletters
-
Product packaging and labels
-
Logos and brand identity materials
-

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize creative campaigns.
-
Transform rough sketches, ideas, or briefs into finished designs that are clear, appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
2. Branding and Visual Consistency:
-
Maintain and apply consistent branding across all touchpoints.
-
Develop design templates and brand assets for internal and external use.
-
Ensure visual coherence across all projects by adhering to brand color palettes, fonts, and imagery standards.
3. Digital & Social Media Assets:
-
Design engaging creatives for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.
-
Adapt content into various formats and sizes based on platform-specific requirements.
-
Create thumbnails, animated GIFs, reels covers, and interactive visuals.
4. Print Design:
-
Prepare print-ready files with proper dimensions, bleeds, and color profiles.
-
Work with printers and vendors to ensure quality and accuracy of final printed materials.
5. File Management & Organization:
-
Name, sort, and archive files systematically to allow easy access and editing.
-
Maintain organized libraries of design templates, assets, and raw files.
6. Collaboration & Communication:
-
Take feedback constructively and revise designs to meet project goals.
-
Communicate clearly with team members, project managers, and clients when needed.
-
Meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
