Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Graphic Designer to join our design and advertising team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, with the ability to create professional-quality designs for sign boards, advertising pamphlets, brochures, business cards, logos, and more.
As an added advantage, candidates with experience or interest in vinyl printing, plotting, and large-format print preparation will be preferred. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with exposure to both digital and print design. Minimum of 1+ year of experience in the designing field.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design

Create visually appealing and original designs for signage, brochures, flyers, logos, banners, hoardings, and other promotional materials.

Design layouts for print and outdoor media using CorelDRAW as the primary tool, along with Photoshop and Illustrator as needed.

Adapt and finalize designs for different dimensions and printing techniques.

Ensure designs are brand-appropriate, accurate, and aligned with project requirements.
Pre-Press and Printing Support

Prepare print-ready files for vinyl printing, offset, and digital printing.

Ensure proper use of bleed, crop marks, resolution, color format (CMYK/RGB), and fonts.

Collaborate with the printing and production team to ensure output quality.

Assist in vinyl cutting and plotting processes (if experienced) or show willingness to learn.
Client Interaction & Customization

Understand client requirements and provide creative design solutions.

Modify or revise existing designs based on client feedback and inputs.

Present and explain design concepts to clients or internal teams when required.
Project Execution

Work under tight deadlines to deliver projects on time without compromising quality.

Maintain and organize design files, artwork backups, and templates.

Coordinate with the marketing or sales team for timely delivery of promotional materials.
Signage & Display Design

Create scalable and production-ready layouts for signboards (glow sign, flex, acrylic, ACP boards, etc.).

Work on indoor and outdoor signage concepts, keeping material constraints in mind.

Design layouts suited for cutting, plotting, and laser engraving (if required).
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in CorelDRAW (must-have), along with working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Understanding of print design requirements, color theory, typography, and layout principles.

Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with promotional materials and branding assets.

Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Attention to detail, creative thinking, and consistency in branding and formatting.
Preferred Additional Skills (Add-on Advantages)

Experience in vinyl plotting, cutting machines, and solvent/eco-solvent printing processes.

Familiarity with signage materials like ACP, acrylic, flex, sunboard, LED boards, etc.
