Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Design and Visual Communication
Create visually attractive designs for a variety of platforms such as websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, print ads, product packaging, and corporate materials.
Develop graphic content in line with the brand guidelines, tone, and target audience.
Design layouts and illustrations for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, standees, invitations, newsletters, and digital media.
2. Digital Content Creation
Design static and animated creatives for digital marketing, including social media posts, reels, thumbnails, display ads, email templates, and web graphics.
Collaborate with digital marketing teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
Assist in UI/UX-related graphic tasks like mobile app visuals, website components, or dashboards (optional but preferred).
3. Branding and Identity Design
Contribute to or lead the creation of brand identity assets including logos, typography, color palettes, and brand elements.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
4. Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with marketing, product, content, and development teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visual outputs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaigns and product launches.
Communicate design concepts clearly and accept constructive feedback to refine designs.
5. Project and Asset Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
Maintain a repository of design assets, templates, and project files.
Organize and archive completed designs in appropriate folders with proper version control.
6. Print and Production Support
Prepare print-ready files with accurate specifications including bleed, color modes (CMYK), and resolutions.
Coordinate with printers or vendors when needed to ensure the quality of final printed materials.
7. Continuous Learning
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
Explore new software or plug-ins to enhance creative capabilities and efficiency.
